Hello, I am Whitney!

Hello, I am Whitney, a trained Birth and Postpartum Doula through Rocky Mountain Doula (Childbirth and Postpartum Professional Association). I hold a Bachelor of Science in Communication Studies and have over 20 years of experience supporting families in roles such as nanny, babysitter, and assistant preschool teacher.

My extensive background has equipped me with the experience to care for babies and support families through the joys and challenges of parenthood. Whether you’re a first-time parent, welcoming your third child, or adjusting to life with twins, I offer compassionate, knowledgeable support tailored to your family’s unique needs.

I am passionate about helping families thrive during the postpartum period. From filling your fridge with nourishing meals to easing the transition for older siblings, I provide personalized, hands-on approach to care for families.

Life with a newborn can feel overwhelming. I bring creativity, organization, and a warm, attentive approach to ensure you feel supported every step of the way.

When I’m not working with families, I love spending time with my 3.5-year-old niece and 10-month-old nephew, cooking, running, listening to audiobooks, playing with my dog Leo, or enjoying a cup of tea.
